Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 basic + Commission + Bonus (OTE £55,000 - £70,000+)

The Role
Our current Service Director is exceptional. Methodical, precise, deeply trusted by our clients, outstanding at process and delivery. He is the backbone of how we operate.
What he needs alongside him is someone who matches his standards but brings a different energy. Someone who is commercially alive. Someone who doesn't just manage service but drives it forward, owns client relationships, spots the opportunity in every conversation, and
closes.
This is a senior, client-facing Service Manager role. You will work directly with the Service Director to manage, grow, and retain a portfolio of contractor and employer clients. You will be responsible for service quality, client satisfaction, upselling, and revenue generation from your accounts.

The Details
Location: Portsmouth (office-based)
Hours: MondayFriday, 8:00am to 5:30pm
Reporting to: Service Director / Operations Director
